JuneApril Way gives families insight on how to run an effective and educational
in-home program. An invaluable support service is the In-Home
Outreach: a one-on-one, personalized service that provides input and
direction based on the specific needs and concerns you have for your
child. JuneApril Way partners with your family and focuses on each detail of your
child's growth.
For the outreach, Megan Simpson a certified Instructor and Child Facilitator travels
to work in your home environment. Outreaches may vary in length from one to
several days and consist of six hours of individualized instruction per day. This
experience will not only give you tools to perfectly align you and your team to your
child's motivations, challenges, and progress but it will also be an inspirational
boost for everyone involved.
Prior to your first meeting, a schedule will be developed to assess areas where
you would like the most help. During your outreach, you will have the opportunity
to have Q&A sessions, team member discussions, and specific topic instruction.
Most importantly, you are able to observe Megan in one-on-one play sessions.
This substantial amount of time allows her to interact with your child and to model
the most effective techniques.
Phone consultations are an hour long to discuss questions or challenges regarding the playroom. They are also useful in brainstorming games and themes to keep your sessions fresh and exciting.
